In light of the characteristics of rental housings such as (i) widely-dispersed locations; (ii) numerous properties and units; and (iii) small end-users, the Fund will review the location, type and number of units in each portfolio property, determine the target tenants, and examine the rental terms and leasing method based on such information. A Property Management Company deemed to be best suited to provide management services that conform to the applicable strategies and policies will be selected.
