Asset Management for Several Investment Companies
Nomura Real Estate Asset Management ("NREAM") began the asset management of Nomura Real Estate Office Fund ("NOF") in December 2003. NREAM became the first asset management company in Japan to be authorized a licensed to manage multiple REITs in February 2006, and began managing NRF's assets in September 2006, and has since been managing two listed REITs.
In managing assets entrusted by the Fund and Nomura Real Estate Office Fund, Inc., the Asset Management Company has established appropriate internal systems to prevent causing detriment to the benefit of relevant investment companies.
